Recruitment of Team manager / official for overseas training and competition
Job Description
Hong Kong, China Squad Team athletes will have overseas training and competition from 1 June 2024 to 31 March 2025. This position will be responsible to assist the head coach and support the athletes.
The Job
Reporting to the Council, the team manager/ official will be responsible for the following duties:
- To support the head coach.
- To arrange the logistic during the overseas training or competition.
- To monitor and record the athletes’ performance.
- To submit the program report and evaluation report to the Council and subverted organization.
- To perform any appropriate duties as assigned by the Council.
The Requirements
- Good communication and written skill
- Good people management and communication skills
- Good in in English, Mandarin and Excellent Cantonese
Period
1 June 2024 to 31 March 2025
Remuneration Package
- Applicant without coaching license will be considered to team official.
- Allowance for team official $816 per day during travelling period.
- Allowance for team manager $1300 per day during travelling period.
- Air or Train ticket and accommodation provided.
- Meal and transportation allowance provided.
- Travel insurance provided.
